Delivery areas

We deliver across the UAE — all seven emirates. Every order is prepared and dispatched from our local UAE warehouse, so there's no waiting on international shipping.

Delivery time

One to three business days from order confirmation, depending on your city. Orders placed after 4 PM are prepared on the next business day.

Delivery fees

Shipping is free on every order across the UAE, with no minimum spend. No delivery charge is added at checkout.

Order tracking

You'll receive an SMS on your phone number when your order ships, with the tracking number and the courier's details.

Failed delivery

If we can't reach you after three delivery attempts, your order returns to our warehouse and we'll contact you to reschedule or arrange a refund.
