Return window

You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

Acceptance conditions

The product must be in its original condition and unopened packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened or used products can't be returned unless they are defective.

Defective or wrong item

If your item arrives damaged or different from what you ordered, contact us within 14 days with a photo of the product and its packaging. We'll replace it or refund you in full, including any shipping, and you won't have to return it at your own expense.

Colour variation

Some editions are sold in a random colour from the range, and this is explained on the product page. A colour difference in this case isn't a defect and isn't grounds for a return.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the same card you paid with, within 5–10 business days of us receiving the product or approving your request.

How to request a return

Send a message to our support team from the "Contact us" page with your order number and the reason for the return, and we'll reply within one business day with the return steps.
